: (1) The government of Nepal shall make necessary arrangements as specified to protect the rights of women with disabilities and create a suitable environment for the highest utilization of their knowledge, skills and abilities.
(2) The government of Nepal should take into account the special situation of women with disabilities and make necessary arrangements for the protection of their health and reproductive rights.
